Hi, I have an HP PSC 1200 All-in-One Printer (Print, Scan, Copy) at home. When I switched my home-PC from Windows XP to Windows 7, I faced the same problem. Searching for the driver on Google did not help and neither did Official Home of Driver Detective or Free Driver Update, Driver Download Software. This is what I did when I didn't want to use the Driver CD received with the Printer. Use the links on this page to download the latest version of HP PSC 1200 Series (DOT4USB) drivers. All drivers available for download have been scanned by antivirus program.

Dear Sirs, Does anyone know is it possible to use hp psc 1200 printer in windows 10 64 bit? The printer is quite old, but I like it. The thing is when I connect the printer to laptop's usb seems like the windows is installing all necessary drivers automatically (windows says that the device is installed and ready to be used), the printer is visible in the list of devices and windows says that the device is working properly. But when I’m trying to print any document (for example ctrl + p in ms word) the printer is absent in the list of printers. At the same time the printer psc 1200 series printer is present in the windows list of printers and scanners (with sentence that driver is not available). When I’m trying to download printer's drivers from HP support – there is written that for windows 10 I shall use the method of windows 10 automatic installing of drivers. Does anyone have an idea what shall I try to solve this issue?

This Printer might not be compatible with Windows 10 and the drivers might not be available since it is an older model But you can try Installing the built-in print driver on a USB-connected computer once again and check if that helps • Search Windows for devices, and then click Devices and Printers in the list of results. • Click Add a printer.
