I tried all of the suggestions on here and nothing worked. My envelopes are 5x7.3. So, I finally just put in 5x7 and lo and behold, even though there truly was a paper mismatch this time since that was NOT the size of the envelopes, they printed.

I did have to move the text boxes some to make them print correctly. So, I guess the solution for my printer is to actually mismatch the size of the paper/envelope so that you will NOT get the 'paper mismatch' error message. Will it work on other size envelopes?
